Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have experience managing a dealership sales department, proven success in driving sales and assuring sales goals are attained, managing daily activity, coaching, inspiring, and developing sales staff to increase car volume, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales, ensuring sales representatives are engaging with customers, assisting sales staff with customers, addressing & resolving customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
*This role will assist with F&I Management as well.
