vehicles must be a 2013 or newer to provide services

Contractors will complete a vehicle inspection,Fingerprinting, on all vehicles that will be servicing zum rides.
will provide the year, make, model, license plate number, and rear-view vehicle photo for all vehicles in fleet; Vendor will provide proof of insurance and registration for all vehicle in fleet

In the Morning 7:30Am First Drop off - 8:30 Am Second Drop off

In the Afternoon First Drop off 1:30 Pm - Second Drop off 3:30Pm

Onboarding Steps:

- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check through our trusted partner: Vetty.

- Submission of driver’s license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance.

- Online driver training with Safe Schools

- Vehicle Inspection (annually)

- Fingerprint Background

The MVR, document submissions, and driver training are all online. The fingerprinting background check, vehicle inspection must all be completed at specific locations throughout Nashville , which we will provide to you. These can be done in any order, but we suggest you start them as soon as possible as it will speed up the onboarding process. After completion of all these items, you can start driving for Zum!
