Current position needed for client is M,W,F 9am - 1pm - CNA is ideal, transferring required. Other shifts become available as we add more clientele.

Position Requirements ** Part-time**

• 1 year of experience. Nursing and CNA students are encouraged to apply!
• Background Check
• Current AZ Driver’s License
• CPR, CNA, AED, etc.
• Drug-testing
• Valid Driver License
• Reliable vehicle for transportation
• Smartphone

Client care requirements

• Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
• Ambulation assistance
• Assist with Dressing
• Turning, repositioning, and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed
• Incontinence care and Toileting assistance
• Medication reminders only
• Monitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team
• Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, etc.

Areas served: North Phoenix, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Glendale, Peoria, El Mirage, Youngtown, New River, Anthem

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Glendale, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• Arizona Driver's License (Required)
