What we do: What We Need: We are looking for an Caregivers For staffing in Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing facilities. Service areas are throughout Oregon (However you are able to choose the locations you want to work). You are able to choose the shifts. There are no minimum shifts a month or a week that you are required to work.

How it works: We offer long-term, weekly and immediate service to facilities. This is a great job for those who want full or part-time work. Great for college students on summer break. AAHC will send out open shifts, you get to choose your own schedule. There are no minimum hours required, your schedule is completely in your control (within shift hours). Full-time is available.

Required: At least one year of facility experience, 6- hours of pre-service training through Oregon Care Partners, Current First AID/CPR certificate, Current Food Handlers, and current COVID-19 Vaccination.

Always at homecare provides; Alzheimer’s and dementia care, medication management, senior care, personal care, and companion care. We provide services in facilities in need of these services for our community.

Always At Homecare is licensed by the Oregon Health Authority.

We provide services throughout Oregon and will be expanding soon.

Must be physically able to do the work. Must be reliable. Must be able to form warm relationships with clients. Need reliable transportation and may need it during hours when public transit is unavailable or sparsely scheduled. Must be willing to do housekeeping tasks, and/or personal care that involves close physical contact.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

· Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

· Following a prescribed healthcare plan, this may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.

· Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.

· Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.

· Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
