We are hiring for an enthusiastic and friendly Cart Pusher who is passionate about providing remarkable guest service with a Say Yes to the Guest attitude. The Cart Pusher is responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of the parking lot, vestibule and landscaped areas; ensuring shopping carts are not scattered about and garbage is picked up. This Cart Pusher is also responsible for providing exceptional guest service by ensuring guest purchases are transported in an efficient and careful manner to their vehicles.

A day in the life of the Cart Pusher may include any combination of the below duties (and more!):

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Remove trash from carts prior to returning to the cart storage area.
• Clean and pick up trash and debris from parking lot, vestibule and landscaped areas.
• Assist guests with the loading of their groceries into their vehicles.
• Maintain good housekeeping of work stations, displays, storage areas, and other areas of the store as assigned. Ensure proper sanitation standards are followed.
• Answer guest questions and address concerns or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Promptly re-stock merchandise that is left behind and control damaged merchandise as it proceeds through the checkouts.
• Perform other duties within the Front End department or other areas as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position:

• is a self-motivated and enthusiastic people person who is a guest service rock star;
• has a strong sense of pride in ensuring their work area is clean and tidy;
• is excellent with multi-tasking; and
• doesn't mind a fast paced work environment in varying weather conditions.

Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays. Must be able to work a wide variety of shifts based on guest and location needs.
