AHHC - We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, technically savvy or technically able person that's good with numbers to perform billing operations plus provide customer support services to clients.
Experience is welcome but we can teach you what you need to know if you have the ability and determination to learn fast. Must have the right mindset and It is important that you are a team player and are a highly organized, self-starter that can juggle many tasks with the support of management.
Our ideal person will be enthusiastic with a good work ethic, professional, highly organized, and focused on getting the job done in the interest of our clients and the company. Our ideal person should have the ability to wear multiple hats, in other words, be able to do multiple things for the company if needed. The representative is the first point of contact for incoming agency calls, answering inquiries for participants, caregivers, and counties while providing high-quality customer service.
Any experience with MN-ITS Billing or human resource functions is a plus, but more important than anything else, this person must be genuine, have a high level of integrity, be trustworthy, and have a high ability to work with numbers with detailed data and be computer-savvy.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- At least some office experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good communication skills (a big plus).
- Ability to professionally interact with business clients and staff.
- Highest attention to detail.
- Need to be a self-starter, highly organized, and focused on getting the job done.
- Comfortable working with numbers and spending about 60% of his/her time in billing and paperwork type work.
- Managing phone calls and performing customer service tasks as needed.
- Need to be able to complete all paperwork and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
