Stepping Stone Shelter for Women, Inc has served our community for 40 years, working to eliminate violence and providing emergency shelter and transitional housing for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The Case Manager provides case management for families and individuals in crisis; provides public awareness and education regarding family violence and homelessness; and advocates for residents as they work toward their goals and service plan. This position makes referrals to services and works closely with each resident as they set and attain their goals. A bachelor's degree in human services or commensurate education or work experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills, demonstrated excellent organizational skills, and outstanding customer service skills are required. One position is located at our transitional housing location and one is located at our emergency shelter.
