We are a family ran smoke shop located on the north side of Indianapolis that strives on providing our customers with the best customer service possible. Looking for a friendly, retail-oriented person to join our company as Cashier/Sales. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction, and will play an important role in our organization. Our Cashiers are responsible for cash management, completing daily reports and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent customer service and assist customers with any questions they may have.

• Daily shop maintenance and upkeep, make sure all items are fully restocked and rotated. Make lists for reorder, inventory counts as needed.

• Taking initiative, and having passion for what you do, willingness to take direction and product research is important.

• Customer Courtesy- Greeting and acknowledging every customer in a polite and timely manner.
• Performs work as assigned by the Owner.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Stocks Inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail/Cashier experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate effectively.
• Taking initiative, and having passion for what you do, willingness to take direction and product research is important.
• Should have a knack for sales and enjoy dealing with customers.
• POS experience – Specifically Clover.
• Well organized, creative, trustworthy and reliable.
• Vape/Smoke Shop Knowledge.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
