We are a small fine art, antique and estate appraisal and sales company. We work with Trust offices, Fiduciaries and private families who have either inherited an estate or are downsizing and need help dealing with a lifetime accumulation. We help them understand what their personal property is worth and help them sell as well. It can be one item, a collection or an entire estate of things which need dealt with. We can simply appraise for legal reasons, or help them sell via an onsite estate sale, through our gallery or through our online stores.

We are looking for another team member who can help us with cataloging these collections and estates. This will include photography, data entry and research. It will also mean physically helping to inventory, pack and move fine things for consignment. And helping set up and conduct onsite estate sales. Help with Shipping and other associated tasks will also be needed.

Skills needed:

Basic computer skills and ability to create and edit spreadsheets. Skills with social media a big plus.

You must have a valid drivers license and be insurable. (Driving is a must)

Physically able to work on your feet for periods of time as well as able to lift 25#.

A background in antiques, estates sales, or fine arts a big plus.

Ability to work with a team and have good customer skills. A problems solver with a positive attitude is especially appreciated.

This is the sort of job where you don't do the same thing everyday. You have to have personal responsibility and not need micro management. But can follow through on a job and see it done.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
