In conjunction with and under direction of the Manager of the Invasive Cardiology Department this position is responsible for the materials mgmt aspects of Invasive Cardiology. Orders/receives materials, arranges repairs of equipment, maintains records of orders, costs/deliveries. Analyzes values, sources alternate materials when needed, and maintains adequate stock levels for efficient operation of Invasive Cardiology, provides support and coordination for daily activities relating to the efficient management of Lab resources. Receives/manages communications occurring: urgent or emergent case scheduling, monitoring, prioritization, and coordination of case flow and the assignment or dispatching of support staff to a variety of tasks. This role will serve as an aide in coordinating and managing support staff in alignment with the Lab's priorities. Assists the Manager of Invasive Cardiology in managing communications between all Lab Sites. Responsible for assisting Manager of Invasive Cardiology in communicating changes or updates to patient care priorities and aligns all stakeholders appropriately. This position will be responsible for timekeeping, labor tracking, and data collection under direct supervision of Invasive Cardiology Manager.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Associates or Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience
2 Years experience in purchasing, inventory control, financial background, or equivalent combination (Required)
1 Year experience with patient flow management (Preferred)

40 hours per week / 06:30 am - 2:30 pm
