Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and reliable driver that possesses a Class A CDL to make local and regional deliveries from our Rogers, AR location. The applicant must also be able to operate a forklift, maintain our inventory of rental equipment used by underground contractors, and assist with the maintenance of our trucks and warehouse. Warehouse work consists of maintaining appearance of shop and warehouse, loading and unloading trucks of rental equipment used by heavy construction contractors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Load, unload and deliver equipment to our contractor customer sites.
• Provide outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain fleet of safety rental equipment used primarily by underground contractors, including shoring equipment, street plates, ventilation equipment, test equipment, etc.
• Oversee general upkeep of our warehouse and yard facilities

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Class A Commercial Drivers License and good driving record and experience completing DOT logs and reports
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years direct experience driving heavy commercial delivery trucks with and without attached flatbed trailers in a wide variety of conditions
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers
• Reliable and dependable, excellent organizational and time management skills

Additional Duties:

• Operating forklift to load and unload trucks/trailers
• Overseeing and/or performing regular maintenance of trucks and equipment
• General maintenance of yard and warehouse facilities
• Assist with walk-in customers on an as-needed basis
