CDL CLASS B - CHICAGO / CITY DRIVERS Job at Monroe Transportation Services
Monroe Transportation is a family owned company, and is looking for talented drivers that can join our team! Competitive compensation of pay based on experience & hazardous endorsement.
- Class B CDL Holders with air brake endorsement. Requires hazardous endorsement or agreement to obtain hazardous endorsement within 90 days..
- Normal shifts start at 6:30AM
- Will highly compensate for driving experience in the Loop and the city of Chicago.
- No positive and/or refused drug and alcohol test(s).
- Stable work history and excellent safety record.
- Prefer 12 months of experience, but recent Truck Driving School Graduates Welcomed
- Familiar with DOT regulations.
- A strong sense of urgency.
- Involves liftgate, inside, and hand unload deliveries.
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver and pickup merchandise, supplies and equipment to/from customers.
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and ensures proper working condition.
- Obeys posted speed limits at all times and all other rules of the road.
- Completes any reports or logs.
