Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Apply structured methodology and lead change management planning and activities
- Assess the change impact; conduct impact analysis and other evaluations to determine change plan
- Support communication efforts through the design, development, delivery and management of communication
- Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
- Support training efforts through providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure all applicable parties are co-creating and aware of plans and timelines
- Create and manage communication strategy for BBS function
- Produce written and visual communications needed to distribute messages related to the organization, strategy, performance, etc. related to Business Services
- Work as a team player and collaboratively with and through others
- Consult and coach project teams
- Clearly articulate messages via verbal and written communication to different audiences.
- Influence others to move toward a common goal or vision
- Effectively facilitate meetings; must be able to communicate with executive leadership
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Experience with a variety of large- and small-scale change management initiatives
- Able to work well in ambiguous situations remaining flexible and adaptable
