Job description:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Contact Centre/Voice Operations handling customers
- Effective Probing and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service experience desirable
