METRO PARK WAREHOUSES, LLC

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company's second in command and responsible for managing the operations of the business. This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and manage a team of leaders at Metro Park's five (5) locations around the Kansas City area.

Salary: $130k - $150k annually, car allowance, and bonus incentives

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of leadership.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and minimize losses.
• Work closely with accounting to manage budgets and drive accountability in AR/AP.
• Drive strategic decisions regarding our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and navigate the implementation of new processes and procedures based on each location's needs.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with customers/partners that require special attention.
• Assisting and understanding all business functions; including HR, Accounting, Marketing, IT, etc.
• Oversee and review staffing needs weekly with executive team.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven record in warehousing and at least 5 years' experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar role
• Exceptional track record of leadership
• Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
