Child Care Assistant Job at Braithburn Academy
We are seeking a Childcare Provider to serve our children and families. The professional provider will enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive salary and rewarding relationships with our organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting parents and children by assisting them in their daily routines and needs, which may include diaper changing, administrative work, housekeeping, and participation in social activities.
Responsibilities:
- Read storybooks to children.
- Sing songs with children.
- Feed children snacks and meals.
- Give children medicine if necessary.
- Take children on outings.
- Teach children songs, finger plays, hand clapping songs, or dance routines.
- Teach social skills or life skills to children, such as sharing or taking turns.
- Monitor the behavior of children during activities.
- Keep notes on child's daily activities.
- Communicate with parents about child's development and behavior.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
