- Meet the intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the children in our school community.

- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities to support our curriculum.
- Effectively assist in managing a classroom or nursery of children.
- Establish strong relationships with parents and families through diplomatic and thoughtful communication.
- Participate in professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues.
- Help maintain organized classroom, activity plans, records, and approach to responsibilities.
