Required Skills

Overall experience in Citrix -10 yrs

Recent experience working with the Citrix Workspace as a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Architecture including design, configuration, virtualized application delivery, and maintaining virtualized environments. - 5yrs

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and architecting Citrix in AWS - 5 years

Qualifications:

Citrix Workspace Architecture including design, configuration, virtualized application delivery, and maintaining virtualized environments. The candidate must have experience in the following duties:

• Administers, Monitors, Maintains, updates Citrix DaaS & all Citrix VDA's associated with Citrix environment.

• Assists with Desktop & Application implementations, upgrades, system testing, problem resolution, and performance monitoring. (MS Office & other desktop applications.)

• Assists in providing recommendations, improvements and ways to continually advance the user experience.

• Assists in Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving user Incidents - Assures quality customer service to all customers.

• Assists in development of documentation (Admin & End User) for implementation and utilization of Citrix environment.

• Assists in Administering, securing & deploying thin client technology in order to consume Citrix Daas Services.
