Civil CAD Designer - Land Development Job at Roc Search
$70,000 - $85,000 a year
We are actively seeking an experienced CAD Designer with residential, commercial, and/or municipal land development experience to join our team!
Responsibilites:
- Read & interpret basic and routine deeds, plats, sketches, as-builts, and construction drawings
- Collaborate on projects with survey and engineering team
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare grading designs and plans
- Prepare construction drawings for both commercial and residential development plans
Educational Requirements:
- Associates Degree or completion of technical school is preferred but not required
- Experience working in Land Development field is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
