As a natural collaborator with a passion for empowering others, you'll have the chance to:
- Lead and manage a team of talented and skilled civil engineers.
- Be responsible for the overall financial performance, leadership, management, and continued growth and development of the team.
- Regularly communicate with team members on project prioritization, upcoming projects and workload, team and firm initiatives, as well as team financials.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships inside and outside of the organization, drawing on your demonstrated professionalism and experience in civil engineering.
- Collaborate with practice, regional, and local leadership to pursue additional client opportunities.
We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Loveland, CO or Denver, CO office location.

You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management and team supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to maintain industry recognition through community organizations.
- The ability to develop and implement strategies for expansion of the team.
- A proven record of identifying project opportunities and winning work.
- The ability to build and establish relationships with new and existing clients.

Typical salary range for this position is $134,000 to $184,000+ and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
