• Lead and manage a team of talented and skilled civil engineers.
• Be responsible for the overall financial performance, leadership, management, and continued growth and development of the team.
• Regularly communicate with team members on project prioritization, upcoming projects and workload, team and firm initiatives, as well as team financials.
• Cultivate and nurture client relationships inside and outside of the organization, drawing on your demonstrated professionalism and experience in civil engineering.
• Collaborate with practice, regional, and local leadership to pursue additional client opportunities.

• A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management and team supervision.

• The ability to develop and implement strategies for expansion of the team.
• A proven record of identifying project opportunities and winning work.
• The ability to build and establish relationships with new and existing clients.

Typical salary range for this position is $134,000 to $184,000+ and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
