We are seeking a Claims Resolution, assisting with payment disputes, eligibility, and authorization verification.
Possessing great customer service skills and outstanding Verbal and written communication. Assist Providers with questions related to payment of claims and resolution.
PAY: $24.52 an hour
Location : Orange County
Job Type: Customer Service/Call Center
Experience & Education:
High School graduate or equivalent required.
1+ year call center experience with high call volumes claims problems required.
1+ year in Procedure Coding System (ICD)-10.
1-2+ years of claims experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ Year Preferred Experience in Verification of (HMO), Medicare, Medi-Cal / Medicaid.
1+ year medical terminology and Claims
Revenue codes,CPT-4/HCPCS,ICD-10 and Medical Codes
HCFA (CMS-1500)and UB claim forms
