Johns Creek Pilates is a premier boutique personalized Pilates studio that offers both Reformer and Mat Pilates classes.
We have been part of the Johns Creek community since 2015 and are looking for an energetic certified Pilates Instructor who is passionate about teaching clients in private, duet and small group class settings. Must have at least two years of teaching experience, and a good understanding of anatomy.
Requirements:
· 250 - 400 hours Comprehensive Pilates Certificate (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrel)
· Hold a nationally recognized Classical Pilates certification to instruct classes.
· Comprehensive Peak Pilates Certification is preferred, but not required.
· Two years of Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrel teaching required in a Private and Semi-Private setting.
· Must have excellent communication skills, positive energy and time management skills.
· Experience with Schedulicity software and/or the ability to learn new systems.
· Complete all administrative requirements associated with client management.
· Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client to ensure they attain their goals and remain motivated to continue progress.
· Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.
Hours and Pay Scale:
· Saturday back-to-back class starting at 9:00 a.m. 3-4 classes per Saturday.
· Compensation from $25-$35/hour depending on experience with bonus system based off of package sells.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
