WE NEED APARTMENT CLEANERS IN YOUR AREA! MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 CLEANERS ON STAFF. PINCH is a South Carolina-based technology company that works closely with several multi-family/apartment management companies to manage the turn-cleans of their units. Turn cleans or "make ready cleans" are the last step in the process of getting apartments ready to show or move-in new tenants. These units are typically 800-1200 square feet with 1-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms and are usually empty.
PINCH assigns these apartments to a pre-qualified primary cleaner (cleaning company) so it's a great way for these companies to grow their business with steady revenue from these jobs. Pay is anywhere between $80-$100/turn to the cleaning company on average depending on the negotiated rate with the management company. You will also be able to earn commissions on any properties you bring on from qualified leads PINCH will provide and other benefits. If your company qualifies for this work, you are designated as a PINCH Max cleaner and gain access to not only the turn cleans but also existing tenants through the PINCH app as tenants request one-off or scheduled apartment cleanings through our app. PINCH carries the requisite liability insurance for these properties so you can qualify to provide services to these properties.
