Position Title: Customer Service Representative / Client Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
- Oversee all order processing & shipping, including specific packaging requirements.
- Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Partner with operations and other internal teams for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Take the lead in coordinating/managing all aspects of the relationship.
- Work with operations, business systems, and other departments to onboard new clients.
- Actively participate in the preparation of orders to confirm client needs are met.
- Ensure products meet customer standards and are packed carefully.
- Track inventory with care and attention to detail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Customer Service/Account Management role.
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
- High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients.
- This position will spend a great deal of time on the warehouse floor, so ability to stand and walk for long periods of time is necessary.
- Bending and lifting as needed throughout shift.
- Warehouse and forklift experience are not necessary, but would be considered a plus.
