Base compensations will be 20% higher than your current base pay. On top of the base compensation, we also offer:

• Incentive Pay, up to $1,000 per month, based on clear black & white scoring:
• Monthly Core Values, Character, Competency and Collaboration 360 Reviews resulting in an incentive of $1,000, $800, $600, $400, $200 or $0, and
• Quarterly incentive pay starting from day 1.
• Flexible work schedules such as (4) 9 hour days and (1) 4 hour day after your work interview period,
• 50% of health insurance paid for you after your work interview period,
• 401k (12% contribution and 8% matching) after 1 year of service,
• 10 days of Holidays and 6-12 days of vacation/sick time,
• Training and education in personal or professional development and growth through a 3% base compensation matching (you spend 3% and we will match that 3% for whatever you need personally or professionally),

WHAT A PLAYER DOES:

• Make initial calls to client as well as stay in contract throughout the process,
• Communicate verbally and electronically with clients, insurance companies, chiropractors and more,
• Ensure vehicle Inspection, Client treatments and claims are set up,
• Create and mail documents, and make sure they are handled properly,
• Assess diminished value and coordinate recovery and reimbursement,
• Draft demands,
• Handle negotiations,
• Prepare files for litigation.

We are looking for PLAYERS who are tired of towing the line while the rest of your teammates are riding your coattail. At 770GOODLAW,
