Doc Danielson Appliance Repair and Care is a 14-Year-Old Appliance Service, Maintenance and Repair Business in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We are a 5-star rated business that is multi generational. In the early 60’s one of our owner’s' father started his appliance service and repair business out of his garage. He taught himself by reading the technical manuals on how to fix and service appliances. Our team was mentored by him after he repaired appliances for over 50 years. His wisdom helped us expand our knowledge which allowed us to create our proprietary system that gives our clients and team a new experience that is not found anywhere else. We are a business that is here to support all our employees and their families to have the experience of team and family.

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8 PM - 5 PM

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Document editing, Spreadsheet, .PDF and multiple browsers, multiple windows, multiple screens - experience helpful
  • Self Starter, Fast learner and team player
  • Sales experience helpful (Commission available)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Inbound/Outbound calls to clients, vendors, and technicians
  • Part(s) acquisition, distribution and inventory
  • Communicating with clients, understanding their needs, establishing work orders for techs and dispatching them with geography and time restrictions in mind
  • Working with pricing models and accurately setting up invoices
  • Working with techs to attend to client's needs
  • Constantly following through with pending work orders to make sure client's needs are being handled.
  • Following up with clients after work is completed to determine satisfaction and potential sales
  • Collection of funds when jobs are complete
  • Sending of emails in a timely manner
  • Assisting Office Manager with any additional duties when necessary
