We are looking for a passionate Client Project Manager to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. This role will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This is a client facing role with a focus on relationship building with all levels of client leadership. This candidate will be responsible for planning and driving the team's work and sharing Spark's value. Healthcare, Clinical, or Revenue Cycle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables
• Responsible for client calls and collaboration
• Build client relationships, including identifying additional business opportunities
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
• Leverage data, industry, and system expertise to support current and long-term business office success
• Willing to travel onsite to work with all levels of client leadership

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· Strong business acumen in project planning and management

· Passion for healthcare revenue cycle IT or willingness to learn more

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

· Healthcare, Clinical or Revenue Cycle knowledge preferred
