Overview of the Role

We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with our General Contractors as well as evaluating bids, project managing changes with the customers, and collaborating with the Estimator. The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic individual with experience in sales and managing projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; develops and sustains positive and productive client relationships and takes responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Focuses on major General Contractors and high dollar jobs.
• Handles the bid evaluation and selection process.
• Collaborates with the Estimator to communicate quotes to customers.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to clients regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Creates plans to address clients’ needs and generate revenue.
• Local travel to construction sites is required.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

Key Qualifications

• Field construction project management experience required. Fencing experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customer satisfaction as top priority.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction-based work & terminology.
• Basic mathematical comprehension.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be trustworthy and reliable.

• Always acts with integrity.

Compensation

• From $45k plus commission.
