Jobs in this function may work closely with sales on renewals and upselling, but incumbents do not have specific sales goal accountability or primary responsibility to close sales. This role is focused primarily on relationship and service management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts analyses/research
• Works with minimal guidance
• Translates concepts into practice
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
• Acts as a resource for others with less experience.
• Must be able to perform in a high paced environment
• Help clients through answering questions about products or services, as well as suggesting information about other products and services
• Builds, maintains, and improves relationships with clients through regular communication
• Tracking and recording data and progress
• Manages projects through their entire duration
• Manages a team of 8
• Plan and Execute communication strategy for Health Plans and brokers for new programs and initiatives
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience directly supporting a customer service, sales, or health plans in a growth organization
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Plan and Execute communication strategy for Health Plans and Brokers for new programs and initiatives
• Project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives
