BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in NE Portland (Hollywood) is looking for full-time experienced Receptionist/ Client Service Coordinators to join our team!
Shift Details: Sunday - Wednesday from 6am - 4pm
Our team is focused on changing what it means to work in Emergency/Specialty Medicine.
We are team member focused, with a Culture of respect, compassion, empathy, and inclusivity. Roaring laughter, collaboration and best intentions fill our days, with an amazingly skilled team of DVMs with services in Emergency/ICU, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, Surgery, and Internal Medicine. Our support staff includes 4 VTS, experienced CVTs and a Client Service support team. We are focused on teaching and helping move our industry forward. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be welcoming clients, completing intake paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments, keeping records in order, requesting, and organizing medical records to and from referring practices, and handling money transactions. We use Cornerstone, Instinct and ER Express software.
We are looking for individuals who can provide the highest quality customer service to our clients and their pets. Applicants must be self-motivated, organized, hardworking, compassionate, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
