Client Service Representative Client Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new clients
• Build and maintain close relationships with clients via phone conversations, emails, etc.
• Organizing, maintaining, and entering information into Client Growth database
• Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
• Generating and sending regularly scheduled reports
• Schedule and plan Business Reviews
• Monitor and maintain Client Services supplies (i.e., brochures, company swag)
• Assist with Tradeshow Prep
• Assist with additionaprojects as needed

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year Client Services experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Some College preferred / Minimum HS Diploma required

Job Type: Full Time Position – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
