We are looking to bring on a motivated Client Services Trainee member that will be just as passionate about our clients and customers as us. Our Client Services Trainee will put themselves in the customer's shoes and view the situation from their perspective. This allows our Client Services Trainee to be at the top of their game and reach a competitive advantage amongst others.

The Senior Client Service team will provide full training and resources to ensure the success of our Client Services Trainee. The Client Services Trainee will be at the front of the line, responsible for representing our clients and providing each customer with a professional and upstanding knowledge base on services offered. They will learn to develop relationships with our clients and customers which are the most important part in managing service expectations. Our Client Services Trainee will also be encouraged to express their ideas in order to make the team superior.

To better serve our clients, our Client Services Trainee must:

• Attend daily and weekly training courses to ensure they are equipped on all new service offers
• Work within a team environment to collaborate with others on ways to improve
• Provide professional customer service to our clients when working with them directly daily
• Anticipate customer needs and have a strong sense of urgency when assisting them
• Have the ability to navigate customer challenges in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications Needed for this position:

• Punctual time management
• Ability to stand walk for longer periods of time
• Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude
• Communicate and coordinate within a team environment

Education and Experience Preferred for our next Client Services Trainee:

• Experience working in a fast paced customer service environment (retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc)
• Knowledge in Client Services and building rapport with customers
• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
