Client Success Representative Job at Hospice Tools
We are looking for a talented and motivated Client Success Representative to join our team at Hospice Tools.
Hospice Tools is a fast growing, best in class EMR SaaS platform that is known for our exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is a technologically savvy, people person who will join our team and help us continue providing that five-star experience to our clients as we scale.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with support of end-users
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Not required but knowledge of healthcare (preferably Hospice), EMRs, medical billing a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & training new clients / new users
- Assist with troubleshooting client help desk issues
- Managing service requests: Work with development team to address and handle bug reports; work with the sales team to fulfill client configuration requests
- Be proactive with clients/users for training, education, product updates
- Assist with content development: Articles, Videos, Webinars, Product documentation / guides
- Evaluate and Analyze client needs

Pay: $40,787.76 - $56,791.88 per year
