Job Details:
Service Linen Supply/MediCleanse is a growing company with customers in Washington and Oregon. We have been in business at the same Renton location since 1946. As one of two Customer Support Reps you will help customers on the phone by providing product, service and account information; resolving product and service problems. This individual will be responsible for delivering and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction by successfully completing the following responsibilities:
- Answering phones, taking and entering customer orders while addressing any questions on services and products.
- Resolving customer service calls timely and efficiently, escalating calls as required.
- Data Management: entering, updating client information and setting up of new customer accounts.
- Organizing, entering and scanning customer contracts.
- Providing administrative support to the Service Management team as well as Sales team on new accounts.
- Performing daily checkouts with Route Managers and assisting in their daily route paperwork.
- Coordinating special orders with Production to ensure timely delivery of emergency services.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related experience that would translate to this position or direct experience in client support, call center or customer service management.
- Data entry or computer experience required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone skills.
- Must have great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Need to be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy of data entry in a fast-paced environment.
