The below job opportunity is with one of our Biotech clients who researches develop and commercializes drugs. The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and influenza, including Harvoni and Sovaldi.

Job Description:

• Engages with Medical Affairs functions to identify and execute on data and analytics reporting needs.
• Able to showcase analytics capabilities and proposition value to leadership team(s) to drive effective change management.
• Partners with other departments, such as Commercial, as needed to leverage and share key learnings and best practices.
• Knowledgeable in the management of data and reporting around Medical Affairs systems including but not limited to Salesforce CRM systems, Analytics tools (Tableau, Qlik, and MicroStrategy), Veeva systems (Vault MedComms), and other validated systems.
• Helps identify data gaps and errors in reports.
• Assists in creating ad-hoc and recurring reports for Medical Affairs systems.
• Distills data into concise reports and presentations, providing recommendations and implications to help enable sound decision making.
• May assist in quality control and improvement initiatives for Medical Affairs.
• Helps develop technical solutions to complex problems.
• Help lead the roll-out of new reports, tools, and processes to end-users.
• Participates in system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Works in a highly cross-functional manner and is able to be agile if priorities change across several key customers.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects.
• Demonstrated success in establishing effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Works independently under the general guidance of management.

Key Requirements:

• SQL
• Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
• Visualization Tool Experience
• Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience

Required Years of Experience:

• BA with 2 year's experience

Top 3 Required Skill Sets:

• Excel (pivot tables/vlookups), SQL, Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM

Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets:

• Analytic mindset, tableau
