Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hire and maintain clinical staff in conjunction with Human Resources
  • Review and provide feedback on treatment plans in conjunction with Regional Clinical Director and Clinical Quality Manager
  • Complete and oversee new hire training for RBTs and BCBAs in conjunction with Regional Clinical Director
  • Engage with patient caregivers to ensure rapport and satisfaction with services
  • Assist with new patient intake process
  • Provide oversight for assessments and programming for patients to ensure high clinical quality in conjunction with Clinical Quality Manager
  • Conduct bi-weekly clinical reviews with BCBAs
  • Complete bi-annual performance evaluations for BCBAs and RBTs
  • Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS assessments, Functional Analyses, and preference assessments
  • Write and review treatment plans for insurance providers and complete peer reviews

Requirements:Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
  • Certified as a BCBA with the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) & Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas
  • Minimum of 5 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of Catalyst data collection platform and Excel graphing
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience presenting to small and large groups of parents/caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
