Job Summary:
Supports the training and education of employees based on organizational needs. Designs, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates orientation and continuing education for all clinical levels of personnel. Facilitates professional development of staff; provides leadership to facilitate and promote clinical improvement initiatives. Delivers standardized, competency-based, training and development programs such as new employee orientation, ongoing education, and clinical training.

Education - Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Education - Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Education or Equivalent.
Experience - Required:
- 3 years recent clinical nursing experience.
Experience - Preferred:
- 3 years teaching experience in a classroom and/or clinical setting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
- Ability to perform assessments and nursing functions as acquired in a basic nursing preparation program.
- Knowledge of medical workflow, terminology, and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong presentation skills.
Licensure - Required:
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire
Certifications - Required:
- Health Services\Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Upon Hire and
- Health Services\BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire
Licensure - Preferred:
- RN-BC - Nursing Professional Development Certification based upon specialty Upon Hire

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, M-F; 8:00a-4:30p
