Description
The University of Alabama is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to collect and record preliminary data for clinical research programs. The position will recruit and perform follow-up with research participants as protocols outlines. Will schedule visits according to research protocols and assist in coordination of lab and fieldwork. The preferred candidate must maintain familiarity with appropriate Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruits participants for clinical trial studies.
- Performs quality analysis translates data for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Presents data at conferences and poster presentations.
- Performs general clerical duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Annual Salary Range - $41,175 - $66,915
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Additional Skills Preferred:
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Written and verbal Communication skills.
- Capable of independent as well as collaborative work.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
