What will I be doing?

• Provide oversight of clinical service provision for the team including quality documentation, proper use of authorizations, and educating on best practice
• Provide orientation and training to staff and interns, as well as ongoing coaching and one on one support
• Lead treatment team meetings, assigning cases, and identifying hiring needs
• Monitor high risk clients and providing guidance and support when crises occur
• Assist PD in development and strategic planning for growth
• Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements and accreditation processes
• Assist with any grievances and disseminating important communication with team members, clients, and community partners

• Strong communication and listening skills, exemplary time management and ability to coach, lead, and motivate others
• Passion for helping lead others in improving the lives of those in our community
• Ability to remain up to date on current counseling modalities and ability to disseminate this information to the staff
• Ability to assist program director in identifying operational solutions to ensure high level of office functionality at all times

Qualifications:

• License-eligible master’s degree in counseling or social work field
• Full licensure preferred
• 3 or more years of experience working with children or families (may include volunteer experience)
• Leadership experience preferred
