What will I be doing?

• Clinical oversight of all cases, to include biweekly individual supervision, as well as alternating group supervision

• Assignment of caseloads to staff members

• Review of staff documentation to include daily notes, progress updates/monthly reports, treatment plans, and assessments

• Assist Intake Coordinator with completing assessments as needed

• Assisting with administrative duties as required by Program Director

• Maintain a small caseload to achieve plus pay

Qualifications:

• LMHP E (Resident in Counseling/Supervisee in Social Work) required and approved by hire date

• 2 years' experience working with children and families

• Supervision experience preferred but not required

Salary range of $50,000-$60,000

• Sign on bonus disbursement schedule to be discussed at time of interview.
