This is a full-time role working
either: Mon – Fri
or Sun – Thurs., supporting
two client
locations in
Agoura Hills and
Malibu. The pay range is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, depending upon your experience and licensure status.
Under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Director,
you will work with the clinical staff in the assessment of client needs, treatment planning, facilitation, advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s mental and physical health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.

- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care to clientele
- Ensure excellent clinical care is provided in both individual and group therapy
- Conduct 3 sessions per client / per week consisting of one family and two individual
- You'll also have 12 group sessions between the two locations - 6 at each site
- Effectively interact and communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff to coordinate client care
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation (notes must be done in 24 hours), including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, discharge plans etc.
- Facilitate comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic assessment upon admission for the client, as assigned by Clinical Director
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Master’s Degree in social work, marriage and family, psychology, or related field
- Active California BBS number as an ACSW, AMFT, APCC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- A genuine desire to work with adolescents
- Understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance abuse or eating disorders
- Computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred, KIPU a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and prioritization abilities
