CLM Specialist-Northern California Job at Guldmann Inc
Description: Under the direction of the Regional Manager, Northern California, the CLM Specialist (Care Lift Management Specialist),
will perform technical sales activities with significant focus on the following revenue streams:
1. SWAPs of Guldmann Inc. flagship GH2 to GH3 to Trainer Module Systems
2. The selling and integration of CLM and Wi-Fi capabilities at the various on-site locations
3. Upselling activities that include:
a. Recertifications (Service & Preventive Maintenance)
b. GH3 Accessories (Positioning Locks and other specialized hardware)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Be the technical support contact for the field on all issues concerning Wi-Fi and CLM
- Interface with customers, in tandem or solo with the Sales Team, for selling warranty packages and service agreements.
- Work closely with the Sales team in developing critical business relationship with the Biomedical Team of any Major Customer in the assigned region.
- Provide the Sales team critical Account information including business leads, account dynamics or competitive activity in a consistent and timely fashion.
- Coordinating with the Service manager for the deployment of Service Techs addressing handling maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of lift equipment at the facility level
- Managing your assigned Region’s revenue streams by performing the following functions:
- Tracking all open recertification contracts
- Managing all the PO’s and billing activities
- Preserving all current recertification contracts
- Expanding the current recertification contracts
Requirements: Education:
Bachelor’s degree with a preference in the Business or Life Sciences disciplines
Travel:
75% (within the Western portion of the USA
