We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Closing Agent to join our team. As a Closing Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting real estate closings, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared accurately and on time. You will work closely with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and buyers and sellers to ensure that the closing process is smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct real estate closings.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including title documents, loan documents, and settlement statements.
- Ensure all necessary documents are accurately prepared and on time.
- Communicate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and buyers and sellers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
Qualifications:
- Current Notary Public certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a Closing Agent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
