A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL CLOTHING PROCESSOR

As an entry-level Clothing Processor at Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, Inc., you play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing services to the community. While people love our organized stores and affordable merchandise, they wouldn't keep coming in if it weren't for the exceptional customer service that they experience every single time!

As a Clothing Processor, you greet donors and accept their donations and issue tax receipts. You will pre-sort donations by category. With attention to detail, you will inspect clothing for quality, and get to select and price items for the sales floor. There is always something to do. But, customer service is always your number one priority-whether serving shoppers or donors!

And, you take great pride in keeping all areas super neat and clean. You like to stay busy. And you love that you get to meet lots of new people every day, as well as greet regular customers that come back because of your great customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL CLOTHING PROCESSOR

• Ability to be on your feet
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 20 lbs frequently; 50 lbs occasionally; and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Customer service skills
