CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant): SNF

Pay Range: $20.61-$25.61+/hour

Shifts: Various shifts

Location: Linda Vista Nursing and Rehab (Ashland, OR)

Medical Benefits:

Beginning in January 2023, our low monthly premium payments for employees and dependents will be as follows:

• Employee Only: $35/month
• Employee & Spouse: $75/month
• Employee & Family: $105/month

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide residents with direct nursing care and assistance with daily activities under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and as directed in resident care plan.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must hold current Certification in the specific state in which you wish to practice.
