Iowa Home Care is searching for a dedicated Home Health Aide/CNA in the Webster City area to help our clients thrive at home. This is an excellent opportunity for part-time hours. Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Duties include:

• Provide personal hygiene such as bathing, shampoo, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting and elimination.
• Provide Homemaking, Respite, CDAC, and IMMT services as directed by the RN Case Manager on the appropriate assignment records.
• Proper, prompt and compliant documentation of home visit cares provided.
• Meet safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
• Notify Case Managers/RN regarding abnormalities or changes in patient condition.
• Promote and deliver service initiatives that align with agency customer service philosophy.
• Complete and submit required documentation according to agency policy.
• Notify supervisor of any incidents or client complaints within agency guidelines.
• Attend in-service training and mandatory meetings, as required.
• Communicate respectfully, clearly, accurately, and simply with clients and co-workers.
