Kelly Aero is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to work in their Montgomery manufacturing/ production facility Monday-Friday day shift hours! This an entry level position with the following duties:

• Operate CNC and manual machines.
• Deburr parts as needed.
• Basic dimensional checks of parts being machined.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• May be assigned to carry out tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.

Hours are: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm (overtime available/ required) in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT!!!!

• Basic math skills required.
• Mechanical experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondences.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly life and/ or move up to 50 lbs.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience and/ or training in a manufacturing/ production environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Having a mechanical aptitude is a plus!

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); vocational/ trade school training is a plus.
