Homestead offers care to residents in Senior Living Facilities and is looking for an experienced manager. This will be a co-manager position covering two buildings, in West Bloomfield and Oak Park.

We are looking for a manager for our senior living communities with a proven track record of experience and effective years of successful senior living management experience. The Co-Manager acts as a key point of contact for individual residents, business leaders, managers, and families for residents to ensure that company goals and milestones are met. This is an on-call position, the ability to cover all shifts is a requirement.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience caring for seniors, including passing medications
• Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline
• Demonstration of success in managing operating expenses, focused on growing both top and bottom lines
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate individuals
• Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
• Proficient in organizational, time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills
