Brain Balance Center of Redlands seeks dynamic, enthusiastic, caring individuals to work part time in a holisticapproach program serving students who are struggling academically, socially, or behaviorally.

Brain Balance Center of Redlands is seeking outgoing, physically fit, energetic, and motivated team players to guide and assist students through activities in the Sensory Motor/ Cognitive rooms. We are looking for quick learners who can handle a fast paced environment. ABA training or certification is a plus.

Perfect job experience for college students in the neuroscience, education, occupational or physical therapy fields.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Must be a team player
• Outgoing and confident personality
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• The coach is responsible for assisting two children through a specialized activity circuit following Brain Balance protocols with attention to detail.
• The coach must record data on every child in each activity
• The coach must employ behavior management techniques

HOURS & SCHEDULING

This is a part-time position requiring the individual to work either a Monday, Wednesday and Friday shift between 1-7 pm or a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning shift.

Background Preferred Requirements:

College Education in related fields:

• Teaching/Education
• Occupational Therapy/ Physical Therapy
• Kinesiology
• Child Development
• Special Education
• Psychology
• ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Hourly pay : $17.00-$19.00

• Training pay is $17.00 an hour for the first 60 calendar days.
• ABA Certification RBT is an extra $1.00 an hour
