Colleague Relations Partner

Shift: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm Eastern

Status: Full time

Location: Hybrid Remote/Onsite 1 - 2 days per week

We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Colleague Relations Partner to join our Trinity Health PACE Team.

This position provides guidance and colleague relations subject matter support to managers and colleagues in the promotion and fostering of a fair, positive, and collaborative working environment.

This is a full time, benefit eligible position. Work typically will be performed remotely Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time with additional hours occasionally as needed.

This position will support facilities in West Springfield and Westfield, MA as well as locations in Wilmington and Newark, DE.

Candidates will be required to work on site one day a week in each of the locations in Massachusetts. Days not at the sites will be worked remotely.

Occasional travel to other locations may be required.

Trinity Health PACE ministers exclusively to the elderly through a coordinated care model which provides preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services designed to assist older individuals to live as independently as possible while continuing to live within their community. What you will do:

Support work efforts involving the planning, defining and application of colleague and relations policies, processes, programs, and initiatives.

Ensure HR compliance and consistency in the administration, application, and delivery of colleague relations policies and services.

Support the Problem Resolution Process involving colleague relations matters such as conducting investigations, documenting findings and outcomes and making appropriate and objective recommendations for resolution.

Provide administrative support for colleague relations related inquiries.

Support the implementation of specific response strategies and tactics to address organizational colleague relations matters.

Coordinate specific colleague relations management training as necessary.

Maintain advanced knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations as well as Trinity Health policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or a
related field, with three (3) or more years of experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations and requirements related to HR, colleague relations, colleague dispute resolution, and fostering a positive working environment.

Ability to respond to situations requiring analytical, interpretive, evaluative and constructive thinking abilities.

Ability to support a change management and process improvement work environment.

Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with managers, supervisors, and colleagues.

Proven customer-service orientation with the ability to understand customer requirements and exercise judgment in meeting reasonable expectations.

Ability to handle and prioritize competing and multiple tasks/projects in a timely and organized manner.

Ability to be discrete and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality with extremely sensitive information and data
